Four-alarm pentatonic ukulele chili

My talk at South By was so hot it set off a false alarm. We persevered, and prevailed, a small band of die-hards, many of whom brought their own axes (next time we set it up as a hootenanny?), and here are the slides I spoke to. I’m already revising them based on flow and keeping remembering other things I meant to say:

Thanks very much for including my site in your talk. And right next to Bobby McFerrin too.

Hope you’re having a great time at SXSW.

Your site is like a bible to me, or a mecca. As you know there are a lot of great ukulele sites and videos available online that I wouldn’t have had time to mention, but I had to get yours in.

People chuckled at the naughty play on words too, by the way.

Thanks for making such a great resource.

Peace, love, and pentatonic scales, man!

Looks really interesting, is there a recording of the presentation available?

I don’t believe this presentation was recorded, but a 5-minute version from Ignite Sydney was posted on YouTube (and embedded here on this blog – I think there’s a link to it in the related links at the bottom of this post).
