Patch Blogs

Product managed and directed the user experience design and implementation of user blogs for Patch readers, using nimble processes and minimum viable documentation.

As the first tactical assignment in an engagement to develop Patch’s social strategy, launched the product and supported the coterminous blogging program launch (with 5000 bloggers publishing on 800 Patch sites on day one) in a single frantic three- to four-week sprint.

Lived in the bugtracker during the final week.
