1. What was your first job?
Doorman/assistant to rector at my old parish church, the Church of St. Thomas More.
2. Have you ever had an affair or fling with someone you worked with?
Define affair or fling? Dated without announcing it to the rest of the office all at once? Yes.
3. Have you ever shoplifted?
Pretty constantly for a good five years at least of my childhood in Manhattan.
4. What was your favorite childhood toy?
Firetruck. (Pencil and paper a close second.)
5. What are your plans this weekend?
Finish writing two chapters of my book. Celebrate a close friend’s birthday for Saturday dinner and B’s mom’s birthday for Sunday dinner in p.a.
