AppSwitching Diary at LooselyCoupled.com discusses the decision one publisher made between Radio and Blogger for his site. The writer, Phil Wainewright, opted for Blogger but doesn’t make a very strong argument for it, discussing customizable templates, something both services feature. He does cite this difference:
Radio requires installation on my local PC, whereas Blogger functions entirely in the browser.
I have to admit that being able to post to my Blogger sites from any computer running any browser anywhere in the world is an advantage. Does Radio even have a “Post to blog” widget for one’s personal-link toolbar in IE or other browsers?
Still gathering info for today’s comparison.
