Text-message-community service

Dodgeball.com is not related to kickball. It’s a site that allows you to alert your acquaintances to your whereabouts by cell-phone text message. A feature in Time Out New York magazine calls it a “Friendster/Citysearch hybrid”. It has other geography-related features: get the address of a venue, or find, for example, all Ms. Pac Man machines within a 10-block radius of a given landmark, again on your cell.
