Whatever happened to Enuff Z'nuff? @bourgwick now I’m flashing back to the false rumor we all heard that the Dead had played Sgt. Pepper because it had been on the PA at the Greek for the “It was 20 years ago today…” bit @bourgwick the Marin angle is interesting: the movie Serial was huge in 1980 fun fact: my one appearance in Rolling Stone magazine was in a photo with Huey Lewis at the 175th anniversary reunion of the prep school we both attended @bourgwick Rock Scully told stories about the band’s influence from Butterfield in his book. People discounted it because of his memory haze and because he misrecalled the album’s name as “East Meets West” but it’s clear there was a direct line. Does “Days We Left Behind” remind anyone else of “Days Between”?
