Patch Social Strategy

In Q2 of 2011 I embedded with the Patch team and, after shipping the new user blogs feature, conducted a thorough review of existing Patch social efforts and delivered a strategic plan featuring long-term goals, focal areas, and opportunities for quick wins.

In addition to the document and presentation, I also worked with the Patch product team and consumer experience designer Krista Sanders to develop a living concept model of the Patch social landscape, to enable to team to continue evolving the model as circumstances developed.
