We had a power outage last night (unrelated, pretty sure) and I’m reminded that my CPAP has no backup power source, and that the remaining clocks we set forward the day before (the two ovens and the two thermostats) would need to be re-set once again.
Before a day of coordination, talking to some state innovation folks and some other old partners in what’s-the-opposite-of-crime? scheduling a few more meetings but not too many on any given day, planning a road trip up to Sebastopol on Friday to see Pokey Lafarge at the Hopmonk will some old pals, filling in the social calendar for March and somehow still not finishing my tax workbook, before all that I looked out the big east-facing window and saw something so breathtaking that the astounding image above (showing sunrise peeking through dramatically fanned out layers of clouds) is but a pale echo of the real life splendor.
