At Extractable, we partnered with a software company named after a large nearby celestial object to help them reinvent and rebuild their technically complex but social disengaging community project for a key open source programming language named after coffee.
This project turned out to be a waterfall deathmarch and ultimately, from our perspective and almost certainly from that of the client, failed. A year or so later I did see a version of the visual design go up on the site but I don’t think the community aspects ever really launched and perhaps the existing process didn’t need upgrading.
